Since retiring as mascot for the Maverickds, Jeff has continued to be a part of the organization by helping them produce on-court entertainment elements. From recruiting talent, coaching, choreography, to execution on game night, the Mavs have turned to Jeff for 20+ years now.

Jeff acts as Director of Talent for Enchant Christmas in Dallas.
Skydiving
Jeff loves sharing his passion for skydive through coaching new jumpers and being a part of large formation skydiving.
State Fair of Texas
In addition to selling several incredibly successful shows to the State Fair of Texas, Jeff also is trusted with managing the public brand of the number 1 fair in the country. Little Big Tex is the mascot for the State Fair of Texas, and the public face of the Fair year around. Jeff has been overseeing all aspects of Little Big Tex, since his inception in 2016.
